ODBDSLC40 Sketch Challenge and ODBDSNT23 Christmas

The current SLC at ODB is a sketch challenge.  Here's a look at the sketch.  The current SNT challenge is a Christmas card, so this card qualifies for that challenge, too.

My card:

I used "Christmas Verses" from ODBD.  I stamped the sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black and then sponged around the cut out with Vintage Photo Distress Ink while it was in the Nestie die to create the white border.  I layered a black oval and a big scalloped oval Nestie to frame it.  I added some white dots with a gel pen for just a little more emphasis.

The brown flower is from Prima and the small red roses are Recollections from Michael's.  I used MS seam binding for the upper and lower tabs in the sketch and for the bow.  The dp are all from Basic Grey's "Jovial" collection.

ETA:   I'm so excited to add that my card was picked as one of the spotlight cards for the Shining the Light Challenge.  I'm so honored to have been chosen.  Thank you ODBD!
